Ensure a friendly, welcoming environment and provide front desk coverage for YWCA East Community Center by answering phones and directing visitors. Seeking coverage on Mondays from 9am to 6pm. We ask that volunteers commit to at least 4 hours per week. Stay for a few hours or the whole day. Spanish bilingual is required.

Ensure a friendly, welcoming environment and provide front desk coverage for YWCA Southern Ridge by answering phones, directing guests, and providing information to visitors. Seeking coverage on Fridays from 9am to 5pm, particularly 10-3. We ask that volunteers commit to at least 4 hours per week. Stay for a few hours or the whole day. Dari, Pashto, Zomi, Burmese, or Spanish bilingual is desired, but not required.

We would love to have a volunteer to help our team by sitting at the front desk of our PJW location to greet members as they come in. You would work with our staff to learn some of the basics of check in and answering phones etc. We are looking for someone to volunteer 10-15 hours/week at 1910 S. Adult Mentors will work with small groups of refugee youth on setting a goal and action plan for academics or employment. Commitment is for one year, meeting twice per month. Sign up if interested and you will be contacted with more details.
